You can use WoWHead for infos.
Example for reporting a character related problem.
Character name: Lomb
Realm name: Project Eden
Class, race: Hunter, Nightelf
Level: 57
Problem: accidently i deleted my character, could you retrieve it?
Always try to be as much detailed as you can!
